One of the many, many unlicensed cards issued of Shaq in 1992-94 era. Odds are it's 93 as most of them are from that year. As to who made it, or if there are others in the set? Nobody knows, other than the person who made it themselves.
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
