I don't get why Topps would do that. That makes things more confusing to the collector by including the "Special Edition" refractors in the refractor set yet the base version gets it's own unique set. Essentially there is no "base" refractor for the rookies as the "Special Edition" is that. Mind numbing. Thanks for all the help and dealing with my disbelief. Edited on: Jul 25, 2019 - 2:04PM
