Interesting promo card the checklist looks like the release schedule for the Spider-Man branded comic books. This "Maximum Carnage" I think was a multi-title crossover story plot.

There's not a good way to do these promo cards. There are a bunch of them from different years, and they don't really make up a set. They were handed out for free at comic shops back in the day, and there doesn't seem to be a complete checklist of them online. I was looking to add them to the site recently but wasn't finding enough reliable information to do so in a satisfactory way.

Maybe it can be added like a 0 card at the end of the base '93 Marvel set like others are ?!?

This probably came bagged with Wizard magazine or somethng. I seem to recall there being a similar card for the Executioner's Song series that ran through the X-Men annuals.

If they are not a set, there is no need to make an artificial one. There is no need to list them under a product they don't belong to either. From the descriptions above, it sounds like cards like this should be listed in the "Promo" category for the year of release, a simple, single card checklist will suffice for each.

I added it here: https://www.tradingcarddb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/212090/cid/13511681
There is no telling how it was released without someone knowing exactly how they go it new. I have most, if not all, of the Maximum Carnage comics that I bought brand new and I do not have one of these cards. I'm guessing it was more likely released with previous issues of the other Spiderman comic books before the storyline started. I'm sure Marvel would have been promoting Unlimited #1 months before since it was the 1st part of the story. Being in a price guide would have been likely too, but Wizard wasn't the only one then. Taking all that in, there's a chance that there are other versions of the card out there with a different front image.

I have some different ones. My local comic book shop used to keep a stack on the counter for different releases. I believe they came from the distributor but originated from the publisher
