Not only unlicensed, but illegal. They used Topps' 1986 design without permission. Personally, I don't think we should "legitimize" illegally made cards.

It's a card. It fits "card" criteria. Since when did we become "holier than thou" to decide whether a card is a card. C'mon now!
BTW: The 1993 card linked is not the one questioned.
Aren't we here to add cards not delete them.

I completely agree. I hope we aren't going to start adding all the illegal cards that are flooding ebay.

So if I have my 5 year make some drawings on some card stock can we call that a card and add it here? This card is a balant rip off of another card. It has no business being on here.
