The fact that is says the image is now a part of public domain convinces me that is a homemade card. ------------------------------- Hobey Baker and Casey DeSmith Super Collector. Always looking for cards of Pugs.

And actually, since Topps bought Bowman, I do believe Topps owns the right to use that design, but it does not allow others to use it. Therefore this falls into an area of being illegal as well (no matter what claim is made on the card).

A Frankencard. The front is the 1953 Bowman photo and the back is the 1955 Bowman design. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
