I could not locate this card in the DB but what caught my eye was the 3 different years on the back of the plate.  I'm fairly new to these printing plates and don't quite understand the release dates as they are.

There's a ton of plate sets from Panini brands that need to get added eventually.  I generally have good luck going on COMC and looking these up by the product the plate is paralleling and adding "plate".  They're usually inserted into a higher-end product the subsequent year.

For example, that plate is paralleling 2017 Panini Limited Rookie Phenoms Jerseys, and COMC lists them as "2017 Panini Limited - Rookie Phenoms Jerseys - 2018 Plates & Patches Printing Plate [color]" meaning the checklists should get added under 2018 Plates & Patches.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnddddddddd.... another reason Panini sucks. 

It's getting to the point where, printing plates should be listed with the original base set, and a release note added if it's known what year/product it was released in.

Too difficult to pin down where they actually go...I have a 2017 Panini Classics Record Breakers yellow plate card #19 of Tim Brown Oakland Raiders, but on the back it has the Plates & Patches logo up top, and a 2017 Panini - Plates & Patches on the bottom, even though it is clearly a Classics print plate.

Someone (other than me) please message Admin and make that request (plates in the set they match up with). Admin's stance on where cards get listed has always been with the product where it was released. So these "updates" that UD and Panini sometimes do where they issue 3 or 4 year old cards get listed in the product that they were released in.
