Card Identification Forum

Based on this card I found on COMC I'd say that's from a 1987 Philadelphia Eagles Police set.  It's not currently in the DB (I could only find '84) but if you happen to find a complete checklist someone can help you get it added.

The back of the card looks more like the photo for the "1988 Eagles Police" and that set contains a Seth Joyner (NNO).  The 1987 Eagles Police 12 card set does not have a Seth Joyner.  The 1988 set measures 2 3/4" X 4 1/8" at the top on the front of the card (photo in the Beckett) shows "Philadelphia Eagles" between 2 Eagles helmets.  This front doesn't show that....back looks like a perfect match though.
