Seems to be an unlicensed set. Those are usually frowned upon here at TCDB.
Here's the write up from J.A. Checklists page:
"I usually avoid listing unauthorized sets with unlicensed characters,
but this one has enough of a life that collectors report "bootleg" additions to
an unauthorized card set! The idea is a take-off on television commercials
from about 1990 when Bo Jackson expressed "Bo Knows" proficiency in
other sports and subjects. Full sets of the original ten cards, with orange
front borders and white backs, are the usual distribution. Another version
of artwork with blue bands at the top and bottom of card fronts, featuring
the same ten sports, appears to be slightly more rare."
From the TCDB FAQ's
For unlicensed*/Broder** cards, the following criteria must be met:
- The cards cannot feature any current players as they would presumably be under current player association contracts for use of likeness.
- The year of release must be known.
- A complete checklist must be known.
- The set must be placed into the "Unlicensed" category.
- The set should have "(Unlicensed)" placed into the set's name.
I think the fact that "Bart" is a currently TM'd character, means that this set would not qualify for inclusion on TCDB based on the first criteria.
