I am not seeing this card in the database. I've looked by searching Jabrill Peppers and filtering by SN1. Let me know if you find it. 

I didn't see it when searching either. I saw the 2018 Plates and Patches printing plates of his cards for 2017 Panini Immaculate, 2017 Panini Playoff, and 2018 Panini Luminance, but not for 2017 Panini Illusions. In my opinion, my guess is the set was probably accidently overlooked/skipped and should be added, but I'm no expert on football releases. Hopefully this helps a little bit.

This is just one of those checklists that isn't released by the manufacturer or found elsewhere so it needs to be added. It hasn't just been copied from the 2017 Illusions set because research needs to be done to find out if the whole set's plates were released in 2018 Plates & Patches or not. You'll find a number of similar checklists "missing" here until people notice they need to be added and find out exactly which cards should be included. If you happen to be able to verify the checklist you can put in an IR under 2018 Plates & Patches to get it added.

Yep, that's often a great first step. I'm in the same boat with some Panini hockey plates from National Treasures that I need to do checklists for at some point.

This is one example I love to use to point out how much better TCDB is than Beckett when it comes to checklists--while many need to be added here, Beckett has zero of these listed, and we keep slowly accumulating them 

I also have a 2018 Plates and Patches Black Plate of Terrell Suggs that says it's a 2018 Donruss.  I have been unable to find anything about it.  I want to add it to my tradelist.
