Hello basketball card loving friends,

Same card as this ebay listing.

It feels like is should be from 1995 Classic, but am not sure. Card says "Printers Proof" but does not show the "1 of 949" like the parallels of the set appear to have. Card says "Preview" on top right but does not appear to match the inserts that are listed.
