Just to expand upon some of the above points - this is an unlicensed card. Someone with a printer and the necessary tools created this to try and cash in on the craze back in the late 1980s, early 1990s. Unlicensed cards have a variety of criteria they need to meet to be listed here. Even today, you can find Ryan collectors who will trade for this. Other popular players from that time frame also have several unlicensed cards - Michael Jordan, Barry Sanders, and Rickey Henderson are the three that I think of.
Just because it's unlicensed doesn't mean that it can't be listed here. However, there are certain criteria that it must meet - they can be found in the FAQ. Usually, the biggest barrier to listing them here is finding a complete checklist. We would also need to know the manufacturer. These are things that can be researched and discovered with some digging, though it takes some time - this forum thread shows one such effort. Don't be afraid to ask for help or collaboration from other members when building the checklist; you never know who may have one of these in their player collection binder and can help add a spot to the checklist.
