Definitely not Jerry West!

Looks like a rudimentary Bulls logo on the player's right hip. Don't see a checklist on here, though.

Looks like a Dirk high knee fadeaway. The silhouette doesn't exactly look like him though.

Right and a Bulls logo on the shorts.  I thought the sae at first, too, though.

It could be Luol Deng. That looks like his position going for a dunk from a distance. Remember that this is a tattoo and would be opposite of an actual photo. He tended to jump off his left leg a lot and raise that knee as he went towards the goal. That's my best guess for now.
