Without knowing much about it or the set it's from (or if it's even from a "set"), hard to get it listed here.

As far as value goes, it might be one of those things that Gretzky fans would buy for a couple bucks, but it's certainly not going to help you retire.

Didn't think i was going to retire with this card :)

will try to find more info on set, if there is a set.

Card will go back in my collection until i get more info.

That familiar prismatic gold foiling on front & lack of any stats or production information ("Ice Inc." ?!?) are the hallmarks of the glut of homemade cards from that early 1990s era.  

At best, it came from some magazine publication, but likely just a knock-off made to generate some quick cash back-in-the-day.

You might find similar Manon Rheaume, Griffey, Shaq or Jordan cards - other popular targets for DIY "broder" producers.

Didn't know they made these "homemade" cards before.

I do have a Fedorov and Rheaume card that look similar.

Definitely looks unlicensed.  No details on the back and having no brand or promo (logo) reference (e.g. Stadium giveaway, Topps, Upper Deck, Coke, Bazooka Gum, Hockey News, Farmer's Almanach...)  doesn't help neither.
