Card Identification Forum

Card appears to be from 2016, but was unable to find it in the database. Is this a licensed card capable of being listed here? If so, is it a standalone or is there other cards within the set since it has no card number? Thanks for any help.

Plus they used a copyright/trademark Topps 1984-85 hockey design.

I thought it may be an unlicensed/"homemade" version but have seen some cards produced by an actual company called Hot Shots listed here (shown in copyright as "Hot Shots Prospects") so didn't know if this fell into that category since the one I was familiar with was more in the NASCAR realm. As someone who doesn't follow hockey, I had not realized the design replicated the Topps 1984-85 design. I found this one at the local card shop and thought it looked interesting. Thanks for the clarification that this would not be a listable card here.
