Card Identification Forum

Any idea ?

I searched thoroughly, but without success. The "card" appears to be hand-cut, suggesting a couple of possibilities. It might be that any information originally present on the front or back of the card has been removed. Alternatively, the item might not be a "trading card" or part of a set; it could possibly be a photo card or a postcard instead.
