Just did a search for both players through the years of 1990-1992. It is not listed in the database. Problem with these is that it is unknown if there is a set or if it is a single issue. Unless this can be confirmed, it is almost impossible to list it.

Unknown year (late 1990, or 1991?).
Unknown (probably by design) publisher/manufacturer (by design because it's unlicensed) - not even a hint of a copyright.
Unknown if there are more like it.

Really hard to catalog.
