I've looked at that site and some of their stuff may be ok, especially if you want a deal on an "as seen on TV" item, but a lot of the merchandise, especially the coins, is sketchy and/or highly overpriced.
There are a ton of "copy" silver dollars made of "metal" that are poorly described in the listings and not identified as reproductions in the headings or on the actual "coins." There may be some valid use for counterfeit coins in the universe, but not on my dime.
They also list tons of medallions claiming to be real silver that are designed to look like (or almost like) genuine coins or government bullion issues (often Silver Eagles or Peace Dollars), but many of those list one weight in the description (say 1 gram of silver) while the photo shows a different weight listed on the item itself (say 1/10 oz, which is about 3 grams), so it's not clear to me what you're buying. You also don't have the same assurance of metal purity you get with a legitimate government-issued item, but even assuming these are pure silver, the spot price is only about 50-60 cents per gram right now or about $17 an ounce. I've watched a lot of those medallions sell between $15-20, which would be fine for a one ounce coin/bullion, but a poor price for the one to three grams of silver you might be getting; the BBB website has multiple complaints of non-delivery, on top of any other concerns.
I believe (but certainly can't prove) that the site is intentionally designed to allow deceptive descriptions that are difficult to unravel in the short time that bidding is "live" in order to dupe buyers into poor if not actually fraudulent purchases, so I would not buy anything from them, even items without authenticity concerns.
