LB's and RB's really suffer the "long enough" bug when it comes to HOF consideration due to the injuries they accumulate during usually short careers. Along with Willis, Dan Morgan comes to mind. One LB that might buck that trend of not playing long enough to get into the Hall is Luke Kuechly. His numbers were so tremendous that he almost HAS to get in, even though he retired after only 8 seasons as well. LB's and RB's play so hard and give or take the biggest hits that it is hard for most of them to have a long career. Willis still has time to get in and I think he should.
