Passed today from ALS. My all time favourite Leaf and one if not the toughest players both mentally and physically I ever saw play. One of the all time greats who trail blazed the way for generations of European players to revolutionize the game.

That disease took him so fast. He said he first started feeling symptoms in February of this year only. When he was at the Hall of Fame weekend you could tell he didn't have much time left but I thought he would have a little more than he got.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.

He will certainly be missed by many! Broke my heart seeing him like that at the Leaf game they honored him at. Especially touched by Sittlers emotional state as well. They were great friends and team mates. RIP Mr. Salming ------------------------------- "To Be-Leaf or not to Be-Leaf"?
