This card is not in the database. Should it be? I don't know why I have it or where it came from, but if it could count toward my Howard collection total I would like that. I found one listing for it on eBay and nothing else anywhere online...

Sure will. Wondering if anyone has insight on what it even is or if there is a set. I wish I could remember where I got it as a child. I found it a bit interesting that I found one on eBay.
