1987 Sportflics Baseball Forum

Collectors,

I am entering card in the database and came across a 1987 Candy Maldonado Sportflics, card 78, with NO copyright. The database has two listed, with correct copyright year, and one with copyright year of 1986. Should this 3rd variation be added?

Version [a] has a wrong image on the back. That should have NO copyright. The release notes indicate that there are 2 versions of each card.

• Version 1 (which we apparently list as [b]) has copyright 1986
• Version 2 (which we have as [a]) is either no copyright at all or copyright 1987.

No card exists in 3 version.

I will put in a report to get the back image for 87[a] removed.

Not that there is anything wrong with finding a variation that could be listed in the data base....But, is there some kind of award or special recognition for finding one? It seems to be so popular for someone to find a booger or something on a card, and wonder if they have some sort of variation that NEEDS to be added. I mean, are they searching just to find anything, so they can be added?
