Why is this https://www.tcdb.com/Packaging.cfm/sid/10202/1985-TCMA-Home-Run-Champions not listed in the set as a card? It is a card twice the size of the regular cards.

For that matter, give how the site usually lists uncut sets like this, I'm surprised all of these sets don't have their unseparated versions listed.

I know at one time, if the cards panels were perforated, they were not listed as panels. But things do change.

Looking at when the images were uploaded for this set (2011) the site may not of had the capacity/functionality to do that at the time...and you are the first to notice the packaging since. I am unfamiliar with the set/distribution etc...so I won't make any changes right now due to lack of personal knowledge.

These and several other similar sets including Cy Young winners, MVP winners, and Rookie of the Year winners were issued in a panel of 10 cards with the larger header card as pictured. They were perforated for easy separation. I do not believe they were ever issued as singles but if so, someone will gladly correct me.

If that is the case then I believe the sheet should be listed as an insert set and the "big" card a single insert. Kids are about to come in for the start of the school day. So if I can I will look at this a little later in the day

A similar situation has come up before. I can't find the thread. Because of the UPC code and hole for hanging on a rack, it's considered part of packaging; for lack of a better term, a "price tag".

Chuck, in fairness, in that other situation, the "hang tag" was not part of the panel that the set was on. 

It wasn't this exactly, but it was similar to this:

Where this card is a standalone and not attached in any way to the set. I know we had cards like this that we used at Star for when we were getting a couple of player sets (Gary Carter, Fernando Valenzuela) into Toys R Us.
