2014 Panini Elite Extra Edition Baseball Forum

The teams listed in the DB are mostly minor league teams, yet the card have the Major League (city) on it. Which is correct?

Unfortunately, these should be listed with the MLB club, not the various minor league teams as they are never specifically mentioned.

Should we consider these miscategorized sets (i.e. should be in "Major Releases" instead of in the "Minor League" category), or should we just "deal with it" and fix/add the team names manually. There are a bunch of sets like these and I think that part of what trips people up is the MLB team not being in the dropdown menu (the other being that these could have been copied from checklists with a minor league team name listed?)

At the very least, if we leave them "as is", they should at least have the parent club listed as the affiliate for every card.

It says Philadelphia on it, front and back. The write up mentions GCL Phillies, but then also mentions Williamsport. So why it got GCL Phillies on the listing here, not sure. That's not even right. :)

My thought is to list the MLB team, like Bowman. The only true difference between these and Bowman is the license, which allows Bowman to use logos.

I filed an IR to have this changed to a Major League release. I have also changed the teams of cards in my collection to the proper Major League team. (I don't feel comfortable changing the ones not in my collection, as I do not have the cards in hand to verify them.)
