Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.

Taking this out of the 2017 Beckett Almanac:

" 1995 SP Top Prospects Promos

It's believed that unnumbered promotional cards were created for all twenty-six of the SP Top Prospect Autograph inserts. The cards were distributed to dealers (one per order form) and hobby media several weeks prior to the product's shipping date. The cards parallel the Autograph inserts design and photos but are NOT signed by the athlete (and also lack the hologram stickers present on the real Autographs). The text "For promotional use only - This is not a Signature card" runs diagonally across each card back. Pricing information is not available due to the infrequency that these cards surface in the secondary market. The cards are checklisted below in alphabetical order by player's last name. "
