I didn't find any mention of red parallels and all redemption rookies has that red background.

I think whomever did the second checklist screwed it up. It looks to be the same set entered twice. I don't think it's meant to be a Red parallel, but the word Redemption getting cut off. And the numbering is screwed up too. Looks to be a case where everything needs to get moved to the first checklist. 

All the IRs have been submitted to transfer images and collections from the "Redxxx" set (which I've labelled as "MIGRATING DO NOT USE") to the "REDxxx" one.
