Apparently, after checking multiple sources, I discovered there is a parallel to (at least) the Bowman Chrome Prospects and Rookie of the Year Favorites called "Mega Box" None of these are listed on this site, but has anyone ever heard of them or know exactly where they come from? My guess is they're retail only, based on the fact that this pack was found in one of those Target mixed-pack boxes. I see them on SCF and Ebay, so I know I'm not crazy - anyone have them? They have a dark refractor-like background, which is the only way they seem to be diferent from the standard Bowman cards.
Thanks,
Aaron

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

So, we know they exist only we don't know enough to create a listing....or something.
I hate Bowman...

What? 146 inserts and parallels isn't enough?

Too much is never enough...or it's too many.

Aaron,
I pulled some from the 2017 Bowman Mega Box (Mojo Refractors - 5 Retail boxes) I bought at Ramstein Air Base Germany last year around this time. I wish I would've bought all of them (I left another 5 boxes there for other customers). I have not seen any since. They cost $20 a box at that time and I was lucky enough to receive a Shohei Ohtani mojo refractor BCP31 in the very first pack I opened and a Cody Bellinger mojo refractor BCP149 in the last box. I didn't know at the time who he (Shohei) was and have been surprised what this card has been selling for since his entrance into the MLB arena. I wish I would've stopped after the first box break though. The urge and determination to try and pull any possible Aaron Judge cards outwayed that decision (no luck)!

I use the website Check Out My Cards or COMC as a source to verify cards and sets I don't see in the database. I pulled a purple Chrome ROYF of Reynaldo Lopez / 250 from a box I bought at Target. It has that Mojo design. Lopez isn't listed in the ROY Favorites section here. So at least we know that the Mega Box Chrome ROY Favorites do not parallel the base ROY Favorites listed here. Some other players not listed are, Ryon Healy, Luke Weaver and Manuel Margot.

Makes sense, release note to cover the origin. If the type of box cards come in dictates the title then a lot of sets need to be renamed so people have a harder time finding them on an alphabetical list.
