I apologize my computer skills are not good enough to load the listing to here. It is a long shot, but could this be the 1993 Anfernee Hardaway Memphis Sheriff Card? Enter filters of NNO and Unlicensed and it will be the first Card. No image is loaded. Thanks for any help...Hal

From Beckett:
This one standard-size card was issued by the Millington County Police Departement and features Memphis State player Anfernee "Penny" Hardaway. The front features Hardaway in a "keep the dream" uniform and he is identified on the left. The back has vital statistics and a safety tip.

10-4 Thanks a bunch for the information. I really figured it was something that probably wasn't listed. It having no date was my biggest concern.

I can't locate the images for it but for some reason I wanna say the unlicensed card was one of those homemade one-offs. These two police cards seem legit and should be listed as Oddballs, but how many others are out there besides these two?

I put the image in for the one I am asking about. It is found under 1993-94 Unlicensed Basketball Sets now.

Should theses be listed as one "Sheriff's Campaign" set? I'm not seeing the actual police agencies called out on either of these cards. I agree with no NBA jerezy or team name that these belong in the Oddball category, as it is a fair assumption that Hardaway gave his permission for these to be made.

Here's images from comc. But no reference to Shelby County on the card, though.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I thought it odd that it was mentioned as released by Millington County Police Department. Millington is a city in Shelby County and is part of Metro Memphis. I thought I originally saw it listed as a Memphis Tigers Card. I am ok with the removal of that as it doesn't have any reference in the uniform. It does mention the College on the back.
