2003 Fleer Focus Jersey Edition Baseball Forum

My first time being stumped by a card, and I need some help.

From what I can tell, Fleer did not release a flagship set from 2003 - 2005, and this card has no indication of any other branding (food, oddball, etc) or set name (Authentix, Platinum, Tradition, etc). I thought it may be from a non-baseball set, but I had no luck searching other sports/non-sports. Since there is no card number, I'm inclined to think it's likely a Promo or possibly Proof/Test card, but I've had no luck finding anything in those set types either.

Any help is much appreciated!

Found NNO Killebrew listings on ebay. I noticed some of the Blyleven and Killebrew listings referring to them as 2003 Fleer Minnesota Twins. A giveaway of their legends?
