Card 662-San Francisco Giants-Bonds Included?

I was just working through my 2004 topps set today and saw that Bonds wasn't included in league leader pictures. Then I read that Barry Bonds did not appear in any baseball card sets released during the 2004 calendar year after declining to sign the Major League Baseball Players Association group licensing agreement. So I as assuming he is not in this team picture, but I wanted to see if anyone could confirm this.

I believe the agreements apply to individual photos not team photos. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*
