have you gone through all the Permissions links ?? the link is located at the bottom of your screen on the left ... click on Permissions and go through the levels there

If I read it right, I'm at Level 1 and it takes Level 5....

Getting to Level 5 doesn't take much. Just go through the tutorials right quick, take the quizes and you're there.

Folks, you can reach Level 6 simply by taking the quizzes. Level 7 requires a certain number of points (or time as a member and a lower number of points). Same type of deal to reach Level 8.
The amount of things you are given access to do is amazing with just following some instructions.
