Couple questions about the inserts/parallels for this set.

(1) The aqua parallel is listed in TCDB as only being cards 1-100, but I have copies of card #113 (Damian Ratley) and card #198 (Denzel Ward), which are both clearly the aqua color rather than blue.  Both are serial numbered out of 299 like the rest of the aqua parallel.  They don't have the patterned background that might indicate they are part of the "teal velocity" insert.  Do we need to expand the checklist to include the higher number cards?

(2)  I have a card identified as "Rookie Autographs Blue" by COMC (https://www.comc.com/Cards/Football/2018/Donruss_Optic_-_Base_-_Autographs_Blue/113/Rookies_-_Damion_Ratley/13829080), but the color of the card is actually the same as the aqua parallel rather than the blue, which is a much darker color (compare to https://www.comc.com/Cards/Football/2018/Donruss_Optic_-_Base_-_Blue/113/Rookies_-_Damion_Ratley/13829439).  My card is serial numbered /75 which matches the TCDB, but I can't help but thinking it should be listed as Rookie Autographs - Aqua rather than blue.  Thoughts?

(1) Yes we need to expand on the checklist to add the two Rookie subsets (Rookies and Rated Rookies) for a few of the parallels.

(2) Panini lists the Autograph set you mention as Rookies Autograph Blue. We usually go by what the card manufacturer calls their sets.

Regarding #2...if Panini lists it as blue, then I agree that's what it should be listed as...just one more example of Panini's stupidity...if you call that color "Aqua" for the non-autographed sets, why would you call it "Blue" for the autographed set, especially when you HAVE a Blue parallel which is clearly a different color?

I understand that.  My point was that the AUTOGRAPHED versions don't seem to exist in both the blue and aqua versions, and that the set labeled "Rookie Autographs Blue" is actually the AQUA color.  SunDevil and COMC both suggest that Panini has designated the autographed subset with the Blue label, even though the color doesn't match the Blue non-autographed parallel set.

I agree with you Glenn - It's a Panini thing.  Blue is blue & Aqua is aqua, the "should" be consistent in the use of the colors.
