Slightly texture finish to these cards?

I recently obtained about 50 of these base set cards. Most of them have a smooth finish, but I noticed three of them have a mild canvas-like textured finish, but otherwise look identical to the base cards. Could someone tell me what parallel these textured cards belong to? Thanks.

For veterans (cards #1-100) the cards with the textured finish are the base set and the cards with the flat finish are the "International" parallel. (Not sure why they called it that; it's basically just the retail version.) I believe that all rookies have the textured finish, with gold foil for the base set and silver foil for the International version.
