Does anyone have any information or checklist for the set that includes this card. It appears to have been a stadium giveaway, and I believe that they came in perforated sheets. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

Quite sure I have all six from a fan pack as well (probably left overs). Off the top of my head, it was Ichiro, Felix Hernandez, Dave Niehaus, the Mariner Moose, Griffey Jr., and someone else. I'll see if I can't dig something out tonight.

Edit to add: here's all six on COMC. The last one was Franklin Gutierrez

I have seen cards from the same set on Ebay of Felix and Franklin Gutierrez.
