2019 Panini Legacy Premium Edition

Does anyone know more about this product? Is it its own thing or just a parallel of "regular" Panini Legacy? If it's the former then I think it should be moved out from under Legacy as a new major release, but if it's the latter then none of the rookies should get the "RC" note.

Find something else about this set. It appears that the printing plates are listed under Panini Plates & Patches set as insert sets this also goes for the Premium Edition. They are titled: 2019 Panini Plates & Patches - 2019 Legacy Printing Plates 2019 Panini Plates & Patches - 2019 Legacy Premium Edition Printing Plates I'm I missing something here.
