Bought a monster box of this today. Box says "2 Autograph cards per box!"
Only pulled one autograph from it. I sent an email to Topps customer service. But has this happened to anyone else before? Any chance they resolve it?

All sites I've seen advertise as "2 Autograph Cards" guaranteed. I've never been shorted but always wondered, does Topps just take your word for it?

Happened to me also. Only 1 autograph. Haven't heard back from Topps yet.

Sent Topps a picture of the box, picture of all the opened packs UPC codes, and picture of just the 1 auto.
I guess we'll see what happens.

Not calling anyone a liar, but I would think since there's no way to prove it, they probably won't care too much? Hopefully, I'm wrong and they make it right.

just got a response:
"We are sorry to hear that your recent purchase of a Topps product was missing a guaranteed item. In an effort to help us expedite your request, we ask that the consumer’s request for a missing hit/guaranteed item include the following with the submission:
Required info needed:
1) A Missing Hit/Damage Claim Form - https://topps.custhelp.com/app/answers/list/c/138
2) A copy of sales receipt
3) The UPC code (bar code) from the Main box- please put an x through the UPC(bar code) and insert the date
4) The date code from the box (if a full box was purchased)"
