eBay has this card listed as: 2016 Panini Eternal # PE-C7 Ezekiel Elliott Ohio State Buckeyes RC 1 of 154 RARE

And the auction site I originally found it on lists it as: Ezekiel Elliott Rookie Collegiate Game Worn Jersey Card * SEQUENTIALLY NUMBERED 1/127

But I have searched all of 2016 Panini Sets & all of 2017 Panini Sets, and even took a leap and searched 2014 Panini Sets, but have had absolutely no luck finding this card at all. 

Card itself, says (on front) Ezekiel Elliott Collegiate Champions 2014 & (on back) 2016-17 Panini - Eternal PE-C7 1 of 127. 

Can anyone help me locate this card?

Panini Eternal are an On-Demand card. Only available for 48 hours.  Panini calls them 2016 PANINI ETERNAL COLLEGIATE CHAMPIONS JERSEY COLLECTION; a 10 card set with different colored/SNed parallels.  I couldn't find a checklist on their website.
