I can’t seem to find these cards on tcdb and nearly anywhere, does anyone have any idea of what these are? Their Canada government issued hockey cards, and it says on them to visit www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/hockey/ for more info but the website doesn’t seem to work for me. Thank you!

Thanks a lot, I couldn't really see what the cards were really for, but I'm pretty sure now they were just like history facts and such. Thank you!
