Normally a language is only used in the set's title if there are multiple releases of that set in different languages. Example, if there was an indentical set to this one in English then adding Spanish to the title would work. You can find examples of this when you look at come of the mid-90s Collector's Choice basketball sets where it was released in multiple different languages. Each type of release has the language in the set's title.
Adding the langue the set is in as part of a Release Note is a good way or relaying that information in this case. For other reference, they are MANY sets in here, old tobacco sets for example, that are in non-English languages listed in here. The native/printed language used normally isn't printed in the set title.
