They aren't "wearing" pro uniforms, the uniforms the players are shown in are airbrushed on by Topps. Underneath are their amateur uniforms or minor league ones at worst. Bowman Draft really does belong in, at least, the Minor League section or Draft.

Edit: If I remember correctly, Topps has an exemption to show them in the Major League uniforms.
