Cardboard connection lists these as Blue Sparkles found in Mega boxes. 3 cards per box. I didn't see these listed in the 2022 Heritage product list. Did I miss something?

Similarly, the Target Mega boxes feature Red Border base parallels (3 per box), and it looks like that set/checklist has yet to be added.
