Found this at the local card shop, but could not find it in the database after getting home. It appears to be an exact replica of the 2001 Fleer Greats of the Game without the 24KT Gold stamp on the front. Card is still in toploader from original company with certification sticker across top (also mentioned on back). The back is different and states the card isn't licensed. Question is, would this card be listable as an unlicensed card since I have seen some of the earlier 90's items listed this way? Thanks for any help.

Matt Kenseth card collection is nearing 50% with over 2300 different cards. Always looking for the missing remainders to get to 100% completion.

This is a third party (aftermarket) stamp, hence the reason you're not seeing it here - nor will you. Anything that has been added like this was not authorized and should be reported for removal.

I have a 1987 Topps set I have written 1/1 on each card. You'd probably think that's really cool too, huh?

What if I get it stamped on the cards? Would that be cool then?

Maybe 🤔 depending on the stamp but you'd have your work cut out for you trying to figure out how to make a 1987 Topps set a 1 of 1

Easy - that's exactly what you see above - a card that has thousands of copies (maybe millions), and someone stamped it 1/1.
Not very cool when you know the truth behind it.

What would of been cool if Topps repacked 1987 Topps during the anniversary and SN them up to /1987 and then maybe up to /35 for the anniversary or something when they released the other 1987 inserts n such

Ah, now you're finally catching on. "If Topps repacked...." But what if vrooomed repacked them?
That's what this Walt Frazier is - "repacked" by someone other than the original card issuer.
This is why they won't be listed here. (And why, in my opinion, they are not "cool".)
