i dont see any cards in that set numbered to 18

and the only eli morgan cards i see numbered to 18 are not this one

Almost for sure, this is your card. The SN18 just wasn't added to the checklist entries when created. Only one card in the set has the note SN18 but they most likely should all be. This information is at times not made available. It is only when someone has a card in hand that it can be determined. The one card that is noted SN18 is owned by the individual who made the change to its notes.
