Is this a set of 48 stickers with 12 variants? If so, the variants should get a VAR in note 1. (This is how I see it)

Or is it a set of 60 stickers? If so, the set size should be changed to 60.

Also, judging from the checklist of Flocked Stickers on card #122, the 36 stickers without variants were issued in Series 1, and the other 12 (or 24) were issued in Series 2.

Any thoughts?

The way the checklist is set up at this point, those teams with 2 stickers are listed as separate entries and not as VARs, so the set should be 60 (in my opinion).
