1990 Pro Set Football Forum

Newbie here, I have been adding my collection and have added about 14K cards so far. I'm interested in how you all track or add your cards and sets and differentiate between. For example, I have added a 1990 Pro Set Football set as set listed under my sets, should I also be adding each individual card on the card checklist?? How do you all do it? Any and all ideas or suggestions is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

welcome aboard... i would suggest taking a look thru the FAQ's section to get yourself familiarized with how the site runs, its a big help. how you collect/list your cards is entirely your choice, there is no "right" way, as you have multiple options available.

I add all the cards I have to the set within the checklist.  For example, if I have a complete set of 1987 Topps Baseball, I will use the drop down within the set to add all cards to my collection. Afterwards I will go in and satisfy the variations, errors, etc. and adjust to which card I actually have. If you are building sets its probably best to add all the cards you have so you can see which ones you still need.  I do not use any feature that lists all the complete sets I have, but each set has a percentage next to it when you are in there that shows you your progress.  When it is at 100% it will show you within the area that shows complete/incomplete sets.  Hope this helps!
