1991 Topps Football - 2 types of jumbo packs?

I was going to submit some details about the cards per pack + packs per box for this set's Trivia page. Unbeknown to me, were there 2 types of jumbo packs produced by Topps that year (with different card counts)? Probably why this info isn't prevalent amongst the various releases. Recently, packs have gotten even more varied. Good luck in your endeavors to get this info published here.
