Promos vs. Regular Card

How does one tell the difference between the promo card and the regular card? They both look the same here on TCDB and they look the same in the eBay auctions I have seen so far.

Even on COMC the pictures appear to be the same.

According to Beckett:

each looks very similar to its regular issue card. The promos however differ slightly on the backs in relation to the small player and helmet photos. The player photo is touching the helmet and the helmet photo is smaller on the promo cards.
