1988 Topps Big Baseball Forum

I believe the Topps Company Store cards offered in packs of Topps Big are the same that were available in the base Topps set. Does anyone notice a difference that I'm missing? Assuming they are the same, are these duplicate sets? My understanding is that even though they were offered through different means they would still only constitute 1 set, but I could be mistaken.

I'm sorry, I retract that already. The cards inserted in Topps Big are blank-backed, differing from the base inserts. My mistake, didn't look closely enough.

My dad and I just ripped a couple of packs of series 1, and a box each of series 2&3. The series 2 & 3 packs were all blank back but the series 1 packs, the inserts were the normal back. I dont know if this is consistant, throughout the series, but thats what we saw tonight...
