Does anyone have information on a 1996 Collector's Edge Cowboybilia/Footballbilia Promo set? I have a Novacek card, DCA-21 that at first thought was the aftermarket non-autographed card, except it has a gold PROMO in the upper left corner on front of card, and has no serial numbers on the back.
