Im having trouble identifying this card. The back says White border and the front is different then the base set. Any ideas?

Sure in heck looks like another quality control issue by Topps, becoming way too common. These are supposed to be, shockingly enough, white.

I believe the black borders also say “white border” on them. Is this from target? Do they have an exclusive red border?

edit: I see they’re a giant box exclusive but yeah, that’s a red border which seems to have the same border label as the blacks

Thanks for the info. Makes total sense that Topps would call them White Borders for Red cards. Why didnt I think of that.
