Hi, I believe that this is one of the nine unnumbered cards from the Premium File set. They were special prints released with the Gold and Silver releases. It was exclusively in Japan in late 1999.
Because of a controversial decision by the membership, no international checklists can be uploaded in English, they can only be uploaded in their native languages. For any of these other languages, a checklist is near impossible. Although we know what they are, we don't know what they are called in those areas. There is a ton of work to be done and I am willing to do it, but all work is stalled as a result of this decision. I certainly do not have to agree with it, but I have to respect it. It was what was decided, therefore, my hands are tied.
Once all of the cards are identified, then pass that info along. That information can be uploaded relatively quickly.
